NEW INFORMATION FROM GRENELEFE WATER UTILITIES

The Association has been advised by Grenelefe Water Utilities of the following changes:

  1. Five-day notices will no longer be posted on unit doors. They will instead be emailed to the customers. They will come from  [email protected]. Every account will require an email address for billing and notices to be sent.
  2. New account setups and end service requests: 72 hours is required for account setups and water to be turned on. The utility office is open Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. A copy of the lease, driver’s licenses and cell phone numbers must come from the email of the tenant or owner responsible for the bill.  Account numbers and email billing will be set up the 10th of the month following move-in. A $21.00 connect fee and a $45.36 water and sewer deposit will be collected along with the first month’s bill. Email details to begin service to [email protected].
  3. You can now sign up for text notifications for water shut-offs, boil water notices and other announcements at [email protected]. Provide your unit address and one cell number.
  4. The email for reporting a water issue is [email protected].

PAYMENT INFORMATION

There are three options for paying your bill:

  1. You can pay for free through the ACH debit form. Complete and return to [email protected]. (The automatic ACH will begin with the following month’s bill due date.)
  2. Bill Pay through your bank.
  3. Write a check or money order with the account number in the memo line and mail it to Grenelefe Water Utilities, P.O. Box 1447, Haines City, FL 33845.
  4. Pay online through PayStar. Instructions are below. (Please note that merchant fees apply.) You may view and download bills, make payments and set up autopay.

PAYSTAR INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Go to PayStar at https://www.mypaystar.net/pay/grenelefewater.
  2. Click “Pay now.”
  3. Fill in your account number and first three letters of first name or business.
  4. On the top right, select “Create an account.”
  5. Enter your email and information and register for paperless billing. Your amount due will be sent monthly to your email address listed.
  6. Bills are available to view and download at the bottom of the account profile.
  7. If you have more than one account, you can link your other accounts by selecting “Link account” in the top right-hand corner.
