NEW BUYERS  Approval checklist must complete the following before approval to purchase Unit.

1.Background checks  Open fill out and pay here. 3-5 business days- if local 10-15 days out of state / International

2.  Estoppel requests and Questionnaires, they cost $299 for package or $250 for just Estoppel and must contain a section that asks “Do the rules and regulations of the association applicable to the unit require approval by the board of directors of the association for the transfer of the unit?”

3. Payments for Estoppels and questionnaires must be paid by mailing a check to:
