Design Review (changes to common element) Owner Participation at Board Meetings Owner Participation at Unit Meetings Board Response to Owner Inquiries Inspection and Copying of Records Keys The Association recommends that owners leave a key to their unit with the Association office. This enables pest control and air conditioning maintenance to be done on schedule and allows access when problems such as leaks arise. Strict key control is adhered to, and keys are only signed out by authorized personnel. Owners who choose not to provide the Association office with a key are responsible for calling the Association office to schedule pest control and air conditioning maintenance. Mail and Packages There is now mail delivery at Grenelefe. Each owner has a box which must be activated to start mail delivery. Click here to view the mailbox policy. Call the Association office for your box assignment. If you are having a package delivered via Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL, and can pick up your package during office hours, you may have it shipped c/o Grenelefe Condo Assn., 3152 Tennis Way, Haines City, FL 33844. This insures that it will be signed for and kept safely in the Association office until pick-up. Home -
